SUMMARY:Black Ash Basket Making Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Come join us for a creative workshop where you will be able to create a Basket through Black Ash! Monday will have 2 basketmaking workshops and a site visit\, and Tuesday will only have the 2 workshop sessions. For the site visit we will meet at LLTC parking lot by 8:30am and go to harvest an ash tree and discuss with a Northern Research Station Forester the introduction of Emerald Ash Borer. The basket making instructor will also talk about selecting a good tree for basket making. Food will be provided at the workshop sessions but dietary restrictions can’t be accommodated on all Monday sessions. There’s limited space so sign up today!
